Default ported vs. unported ls6 intake

hey guys im just wondering what kinda performance differences are there between a ported and an unported ls6 intake. Tried a search but didnt come up with anything.

I've heard both honestly. I think it depends on your set up though, I would think H/C would benefit from porting, but at lower levels, it is useless. From my understanding, stock ls6 is fine, but by the time you would want to port it, might as well step it up to a 92/92.
