Default tpis 90mm ls6 intake

does anyone run this manifold? i like the idea of a 90mm opening on an ls6, sounds like it can compare close to a fast 90/92. or does any well known porter modify the ls6 out there.

I think it would be slightly better than a stock ls6 but I dont think anyone can compete with the FAST 90 or 92 set up. Guess it just depends on your mods. If your out growing a stock ls6 I would save up for a fast.

iv heard a couple people porting the ls6. but many think its too thin. might as well save up for something that is proven = fast.

Ok, well here ya go-
Here's a dyno showing a port-matched LS2 vs FAST 90, then the same ported LS2 vs TPIS 90mm LS6. CLICK HERE
Difference between the TPIS 90 & FAST 90= 4hp & 2ft/lbs
These results may or may not be typical, so you can make up your own mind. As for me, I'm planning on going with the 90mm LS6 & save that extra $600.

You guys should do a search this subject has come up about 4 times in the last 6 weeks...

I have the TPIS 90mm t.b. and Modified Intake I am very happy with it
I am also past the Rwhp that one link claims only a Fast intake car can pass and I still have Cats on my car...

Could I have made more power with a Fast set-up
Probably..
But I didnt spend $1400

Yeah, I've seen them, but was hoping someone might have something to back up Lingenfelters dyno results other than sotp gains.
