Default QTP manual cutouts

The gasket for the caps.
I have one that is leaking (looks a bit burnt).

Looks like Checker Auto parts had a couple 3" Mr. Gasket ones for $10 or so.
Or should I call QTP and get theirs?

Also, has anyone put a permanent type bolt in these cutouts? Kinda like a wheel stud or the center section bolts on the 9"

But the caps are on and off a few times a year.
That is a good idea, if they are only changed once a year or something.
