Default LS1 getting up there in miles -- what to do?

Hello folks... my '98z28 has 38,600 miles and I've already...

-changed fuel filter once
-change mobile one oil every 6,000 miles (filter every 3k)
-change rear diff. fluid yearly
-change sparkplugs every 10k miles
-change plug wires too
-flush tranny every 15k miles

Am I missing anything? I heard of GM top end cleaner? What's that and is there anything else I need to worry about?
thanks

wassup Rex?

Thanks for the advice! I did exactly what you said and bought a case of dexron III and took it to place where costco used to be. Funny, the people there were wondering why I brought my own fluids. I couldn't tell them why! Happy NY

anyone else?

Sounds like you're keeping the maintenance up good. At +65K miles I've changed the tranny fluid 3 times (A4), the differential fluid twice (one coming up soon),spark plugs 3 times and the wires once.

Maybe you wouldnt be MTWallet if you drove more than you maintain. (j/k).

Rex, you didnt tell me the rear diff was supposed to have fluid in it............

Good maintenance program man, but agree with the coolant flush. Only have 17,500 on my '00 but it needs a flush off ALL fluids, March-April right Rex!

Be sure to check those belts and hoses too. While you have that antifreeze out would be a good time to replace them if they are 4 years old. I just did a cam change and replaced my upper and lower radiator hoses although they looked pretty good but they were off so why not. Of course I added new antifreeze at the same time. Mine only has 12K miles but age is a factor on belt and hoses rather than miles.

I change my oil at 6 month intervals rather than miles. I would only have changed it twice in four years at 6000 miles between.

38000 is still low miles i bought my car in june with 19000 miles on it I just turned 50000 in just 7 months ive put over 30000 on it. I change
my oil every 3000 with synthetic 10w30 along with a fillter change. I would also recomend the coolant change I changed mine at 38000. that 30000 mles are all hiway miles and some track miles 1/4 at a time.
