Default LS6 Heads potential
I thought about getting vengeance to do some head work on my ls6 heads. My power goals are around 500 N/A horsepower. I know this along wont even get me close. But was wondering whats the potential in the ls6 head. Or should I save up for some 225's

whp if possibly. I plan on upgrading to a fast 92 combo but wasnt sure if i needed to drop the 2500 for a set of heads

I don't know about stock cubic inches but I have a mti 427 with mti ls6 heads that flow around 330 cfm....it makes probably 530-540rwhp with a 234-240 cam.

It depends what your budget is. And 225cc is not optimal on a 346 but done right it is fine. Also 500 rwhp is not cheap on a 346. All depends on your budget.

So let us know your budget.

well budget is kinda unlimited but over time. I cant drop thousands at one time. But i wont sell this vehicle. I planned on doing a stroker of some sort. Porbably a 408. I think thats the right ci. I dont know if i want to push it to the 427 limit.

Some 243's have done 500+ rwhp NA on a 5.0L LS engine under 7100 rpm. It wasn't cheap. It just proves it can be done. Even better on a 5.7L LS engine.

Vengeance was not the head provider, BTW. Nor was any sponsor here. You may have already guessed that.
