i think you would be hard pressed to hit 500rwhp with the ls6 intake...no matter what porting is done to the heads.
but for comparison...Kraest got 417rwhp with a big cam on stock LS6 heads and intake in his vette. figure a few more rwhp on an fbody drivetrain.
not sure you'd get much more by going bigger on the cam.
although supposedly thunder got 451rwhp out of the TRex when it first came out...not sure if that was ls6 heads or not.
but i dont' think anyone has duplicated that performance...
