Should't I get the intake machined some? if my tb opening is 85 wouldnt I want the intake to be as close as possible?
As far as exhaust goes I just have to get an offroad Y pipe I already have headers and a catback. As far as getting an offroad y pipe though is there anyway to get one without cats but with the 02 openings for sensors so I wouldnt have the check engine light on all the time?

Is there that big a difference then with or without the 02 sensors? any gas mileage difference? And any decent handheld programmer will be able to tune them out correct
