Default Comp ProMag rocker tq specs

Had a comp pro mag rocker backout on me at 7K rpm last night and came loose. Luckily no damage. To my understanding arent you supposed to use loctite red on the treads if your using ported heads? None of them have any sealant on them. What should I use and what are the torque specs as I had a local shop install them

The rocker stud itself should be torqued to 22ft lbs(red loctite is ok), then the rocker arm will need to be lashed.
