Default Simple TR224 question

I am demodding my car, but do not really feel like pulling the valvesprings and all that jazz. So the car (M6) will remain with a TR224 cam and stock intake, stock exhaust, etc... Power numbers aside or whatever the hell I might be leaving on the table, will the car function "properly"? Obviously it wont drive like a stock cam, but will it be undriveable? Thanks.

Yea it'll drive smooth and still have more power than stock but obviously going back to exhaust manifolds it'll lose some power over Lt's + LS6 IM. Should be fine given the tune is ok.
