Default Anyone Ever flooded their engine

Didnt think it was too common with EFI engines.. but mine might be flooded. It was running great and then went out to start it and it just cranked and cranked, I got no combustion. I pulled the plugs cranked it over and it didnt shoot any visible gas out. Put some oil in the cylinders to get a little better compression. Changed the oil (cause it smelled like gas), put the plugs back in and still nothing.

Going to check spark next

If you floor the accelerator while cranking it puts the PCM in "flood clear" mode. I think this just reduces the amount of fuel sprayed while cranking. It is not a common problem though.

I'm going to spark next. If it has spark then I'll change the plugs.. If it doesnt have spark.. then its on to the longprocess of check the crank position sensor, checking my grounds, checking to see if the PCM is still good ect

Yep deff has fuel pressure but the PCM isnt priming the fuel pump like it used to so I'm running the fuel pump manually by switch so I think the pcm either isnt getting power or its dead.
