??? about the schwanke engine

??? about the schwanke engine i have been debating this engine for a while. i know its cast iron wich is stronger right there.
my ?'s are:
its a 5.3 block bored to a 5.7. it has stock rods and stock crank with mahle fordged pistons. how much stronger would this motor be for my build, over my stock bottom end 23 k ls1
i will be puttin PRC stage 1 ls6 heads that have not been milled with a 224 cam and a turbo.
i have been told that i can get away with 7 PSI for a while with an intercooler and no meth injection.
would this be a better option than my stock motor for my build? i would like to get as much power out of it with out be tooo too dangerouse..... i know it will be, but not to dangerous
