Default Stroke and S/C???

Here is what I was thinking...

6.0L @ .30 over
4.125 stroke
Intercooled magnacharger
etc
etc

Wondering...would I be better off just using a 4.0 stroke in this application vs. 4.125 stroke??? Just wondering because Im thinking that MAYBE a shorter stroke would work out better for a S/C setup? ONLY reason I was thinking of a longer stroke was more ci, but its only a difference of 13ci.

What would be the benefits/disadvantages of both stroke combos for this appication. Which way would you experts go? Also considering just using a darton sleeved block at 4.120 bore x 4.0 stroke, would this work out even better for this type of setup? Only thing is, there isnt an INTERCOOLED Magnacharger for this application, only the regular Magnacharger.

P.S. This is going in a truck, therefore TQ is just as important (if not more) than hp.
