Default LQ4 Cam Selection Help

OK Guys let me start from the beginning.

I installed an LS1/T56 in my 98' sonoma some time ago. It has a 228 228 571 571 112+4 cam with the supporting valvetrain mods. Weelllll I slung a rod out the block and I have a LQ4 replacement waiting to go in.

I have the ls6 intake, 1 5/8 shortie headers, ls7 clutch, UD pulley that will be swapped over to the LQ4. Would that cam be a good selection for the 6.0 with the stock compression ratio or would I be better off getting something a little larger? The engine will see NOS and will not be daily driven. I would also like to use the springs that I have already (new design 918 good to .625 lift)

Any suggestions would be great!!

thanks guys
