BLEEDING LIFTER ,HELP the KID My son and I just installed Dart pro 1 heads Wilson 92mm intake,90mm throttle body,Crane powermax cam,Crane roller lifters and roller rockers.
Engine sounds great till it warms up to operating temp. then left bank rearmost lifter starts tapping and will not quit. it is very loud also. we know they are oiling because we cranked it with valve cover off. preload is about .060 when cool yuo can grab that rocker with your hand and push the pushrod down maybe3/8 or so. Is this a faulty pushrod? please reply thanks.

Verify the pushrod isn't bent, then it can be ruled out as the cause.
Are your new rockers factory type, or adjustable?
Assuming they're adjustable, go back and re-lash that cylinder's rockers with both cam lobes down (cylinder at TDC, firing).
