help to pick a cam

Hey guys I need some help to pick a cam for my 5.3, mods are fast intake, 243 cnc pored heads and milled .040, 4.11 gears pi 3200 stall and full bolt on

goals?

i would think with that much work you want something big....but milled that much you'll have to watch PTV issues.

stock pistons? or flycut?
