Cam/Stall---wrong place?
Cam/Stall---wrong place? I am looking at doing some more mods to my car. I have already made a post sort of like this, but this is a bit different. I will have about 1500-2000 to spend on my car. I am thinking of getting either a fast 92/92, a 3600 stall and 3.73s or a stall and cam. The only thing is, I don't know like anything about cams or what stall I should work with what cam. I don't really even know where to look or the price range on them. Could anyone maybe point me in the right direction? My car is my dd and has bolt-ons like lid and full exhaust. If this post needs to be moved, I apologize but I just figured this may be the best place for it.
with just 15-2000 to spend in parts, i would just go ahead and get a converter and some 3.73. but if i were u if i could save up a bit more i would go ahead and spend that money towards a beeed up tranny and a converter!! that way your tranny can hold up to when u do a cam, and heads..etc..etc..
