can anybody tell me anything about this cam the numbers are 3729R/3731R HR 115 +5 can you tell me the lift on this thanks

Looks like a Comp Cams grind using XE-R lobes:
.006 .050 .200 Lobe Lift
3729 - 287 238 159 .356
3731 - 291 242 163 .359
