Default drivers side head running HOT, help

Hey,

So long story short I did a H/C/I install in my 02 Z. I took it to synergy motorsports to get a tune and we had some problems. The passenger side bank was running rich, and the drivers side head was about 50* hotter than the passenger side head, the temp gauge in the car was reading 230.

The tuner sugested that maybe I messed up and put a head gasket on backwards so I took his advice and pulled the drivers side head and the gasket was the correct way. Anyone have any other thoughts?
