will a cam only 6.0 pick up over a cam only ls1.....the reason i am askin is i am going to put a stock 6.0 shortblock in my gto since the ls1 bit the dust. the only mod to the 6.0 shortblock is gonna be my hpe megadeath cam and i was wonderin would there be a decent power gain if any at all????

 

ther will be a gain probably in the neighborhood of 25wrhp. But the extra weight of the block will negate the performance gain. You will need the extra power to go just as fast. But dont fret the 6.0 has many combinations for easy power ie. l92 heads intake ect.
