can i replace the main, rod and cam bearings without machining the block?

iits a 98 motor with 90,xxx miles in running condition. Jus want somin to last alot longer in my 99 silverado

You need to check the crank journals to ensure you get the correct bearing size and to verify the journals are not excessively worn or grooved enough to require turning or polishing. Cam bearings do require a special tool.
