wondering where my block came from. it is a 6.0l iron block believed to be from a 02 or 03 truck but the numbers in my book from those years don't match up so i think it is newer. numbers are 12573581 any help would be awesome thanks guys

 

number is for a 2004 lq4/lq9 6.0L iron block.

 

FWIW The casting date is on the front pad on the pass side of the block a letter followed by 3 numbers. Such as K252 Indcating it was cast in November 25 of 2002 and would be found in an 03 model vehical....

 

thanks alot guys i appreciate it. numbers are to hard to read now, i have to find my wire brush to clean them off.
