Default Need some help

I am putting in a new clutch and pilot bearing and the pilot bearing would not come out. So we did hte greese method, a slide hammer, finally had to cut it out in sections, I guess in the process knocked the oil plug on the crank out and now I have it here in my hand, what do I have to do to replace that?

No, not worth going to the dealer at all. It's not a big deal to get a new one and put it in.

There any special installation techniches? I bought a couple freeze plugs and some gasket maker from Advanced, gonna get get something that is around its diameter and press it in with alittle gasket maker around the edges.

To clarify my post #4 above - I would buy the plug from the dealer but don't have the dealer install it. If the one you got from advanced looks identical you're probably fine.
