what company makes a good stroker kit for the 6.0 lq4

 

eagle is not what i would use. mine came from eagel supposed to be balanced and it was 2 thousandths out. i sent it back and they said it fit their tolerences, and then they wouldnt stand behind it. i ended up havin to turn it and get all new bearings and i had to eat **** pretty much so screw that company. im not saying they make a bad product im just saying that they dont fix what they mess up. and if you say 2 thousandths is within your tolerance then thats pretty shitty.

By far the best bang for the buck in quality rotating assemblies are the Callies Compstar Speedpacks. We have used them for the past few years and have never had a single issue. They come pre-balanced with the following:

Callies Compstar Crank, your choice of stroke and pin dia.
Callies Compstar H-Beam rods with ARP 2000 bolts standard
Mahle Motorsport pistons, pins and rings of your choice
Either ACL or Clevite bearings, your choice.

These go for between $2280 and $2500 depending on options.
