this cam was in a box of parts i got last week, can anyone tell who the maker is by these numbers. 0965-4-10-9228. it has a Y stamp in it to. it also has a black square with a bounch of black square dots in it. on the barrel it has a 220 under it a 99. the lobes measure E 1.483-I 1.485
