need help oil milky

need help oil milky here lately i've been finding milky oil collecting on and around my oil cap. i haven't lost any power and the car is not over heating is there other spots that i'm missing where water can leak in.
OP you prolly are just notgetting your oil up to proper operating temp and this a symptom,Sounds like warming you car properly will help you out My car is not a DD and with a 160* t-stat in winter I won't even drive my car unless it is a 30 minute or so trip to get the oil up to 190* or so temps. Other wise I am just shittin on my motor. The 160* will be perfect once the warm weather comes back around and works well with my aftermarket radiator and other mods.....

Thanks for the replies, you guys just confirmed my thought. Everyone else seems to think theres a problem somewhere. It is my DD and some times I'm late for work and don't let it warm to operating temp. And not to mention 3.73 gears and a 3400 fuddle stal.
