thought i would just throw some pics up ill keep pics updated as the build keep going

forged 347 with advance induction ported 241's and camshaft

So why did it come out? Freshening it up or stroking it, pistons maybe...It let loose.

Sounds like a plan.. Did your lifter come apart? I have seen collapsed ones but never scattered. Roller tip rockers make a terrible mess in an engine have seen that a few times.

when i was rotating the assembly taking the pressure plate off you could hear metal pieces rolling around in the oil pan lol

Looks good. I would have gone out the bottom tho. Once you do it that way you will never even think about going out the top again IMO.

haha we got it high enough, just my hand scraping the concrete to keep the tail shaft from hitting and blood everywhere lol

well orignally i was gonna pull the heads put new lifters in but that changed i decided to build it, by the time i had everything off. But if i knew i was building from the start i def would would have dropped the bottom. I pulled the tranny cause i need a new clutch anyways
