pros/cons of installing used dual valve springs?

so whats the average cost to have a machine shop test them?

it is worth the 30.00 i paid to have the pressure tested.

sweet! my buddy is selling me his dual afrs for $100, so the 30-40 sounds good to me!

I bought used duals. They have like 4k on them. In retro-spect it was a bad part to save money on with my cam but everything has been fine so far. I'll be replacing them with new Xtremes once it gets back to cruising weather.

You can test for spring pressure, but there’s no way to test for fatigue in a used spring.

pressure testing isnt a good way to determine the strength of the spring?

better to just use new?
