Default Cam info

The 5.3 L33 is rated @ 310hp or 335hp with tune, if I put in a 216/220 exh
.525/.532 114 lobe separation cam should I expect 40-50HP increase? From what I have seen the L33 is the poormans LS6 (243 heads with smaller cam and less cubes). The LS6 is @405 with a smaller cam but more cubes. Would it seem reasonable to expect 370-390hp?
