MS4 and heads 5.3

hi , i have a friend he bought a MS4 112 , he have 5.3 heads can he install this cam with those heads without any problems ?

No, he has to have the pistons "flycut" which is notching them for valve clearance.

TSP recesses the valves in their 5.3 heads to clear the MS3, FYI
