I decided to buy CNC Ported Stage 3R GM LS-Series Cylinder Heads from .livernois motorsports for my ls1 346ci

so this heads have high lift above 650 & Intake Runner & more
and decided to buy ligenfelter 229 242 631 631 114CL

how much HP ??
and what is expected to give and whether there might have forgotten

I always thought those heads were for a 4.00 bore

so is there heads for 3.9 bore have high lift more AFR or TFS ??

Not really sure what you are asking here but the Livernois stage 2 or 3's work on a 346 but not the 3R. 3R has a 240cc intake runner and I feel sure the chamber must be opened up for the bigger bore. You can never go wrong with either AFR or TFS. Keep in mind if you go TFS you shouldn't use the stock rockers but they are fine with AFR's or any GM casting. TFS has a more affordable "as cast" head now that I have heard good things about but have not seen.
