cam suggestions?

cam suggestions? I am building a 5.3 with factory bottom end and have brand new 243 heads with .020 taken off. I have heard that this will actually lower my compression ratio from the factory heads. Any suggestions to make the most power out of this combo. Also was thinking of putting the ls6 hot cam. Good idea?
I would take a look at our Stinger cam 224/232 113 that has been good results across the board. Has a nice lope plus makes gobs of power and torque. Give me a call if you have any questions I can answer for you. You could also go with something in the 220 range to keep the tourque down low in a 5.3.
