Which lsa ??
Ordered this cam last week:
230/232 572/574 111lsa
But today the cam arrived and the cam card says 112lsa. I am wanting a good power increase and a Nasty idle!!!!!
Should I return it for a 111 lsa or will the 112 still have a mean idle ??

lol, cams can vary 1 degree easy from manufactures specs.... And unless you have your car perfectly dialed in, you will never ever ever notice the difference between a 112 and a 111. I'd prefer the 112 over the 111 anyways. That cam should have some lope, don't worry.

what are the
IVO(BTDC)
IVC(ABDC)
EVO(BBDC)
EVC(ATDC)
ICL(INTAKE CENTERLINE)
ANY ADVANCE GROUND IN??
If you ordered a cam...they shopuld give it the way you wanted....read the cam card...sometimes it it printed wrong on the box...but the cam card will tell all...
tell me the #'s... I do the math...telll you if its right...
and if its wrong...send it back and get WHAT YOU WANT
you shold always recieve what you want if you specified it on the order....
If you order a cheeseburger plain...and they give you one with all the stuff on it...you return it and they get the order right.
same with a cam...
also you can have a machine shop cjeck it out for you...they cannot regrind the seperation..but they can grind in advance or retard..so if the seperation is wrong...back it goes...and you get your cheesburger plain.
I orderd an X1...and a c2 showed up??? not what i wanted...they sent the right one out promptly...and issued a call tag for the c2

The 112 should give you a plenty nasty idle; much has to do with tuning anyway. E.G. you can slow down the idle and get as much lope as you want. Also try removing some ignition timing.
Heck, that cam would have a nasty idle even on a 114.
my TR230 cam card says 110.5lsa
. i doubt you'll be able to hear and audible difference between a 111 and a 112, so just keep it.
