Re: what spring and pushrods with TR230
thunder recomended that i use the comp 918's with this cam and titanium retainers. i was using the rev duals until i broke one after 4000 miles and now i am switching. thunder said that these springs perform better in the upper rpm's (6600+) and that they have not had one 918 failure since the bad batch. as for pushrods, they're all the same really. just get whatever is convinient and cheap. infact, on thunder site, they list several different pushrods i believe. one of them is from comp cams, and another is from thunder. the comp cams pushrods are $10 more than the thunders. they funny thing is, thunder racing posted a while back that they buy their pushrods from the same place as comp cams and the only differnce is what is stamped on the side. catch my drift? just get some sort of hardened pushrods.

Re: what spring and pushrods with TR230
I am running the 918's with my cam and it has a larger lift than the TR230. I'm also running the Thunder Racing pushrods. It is DAMN hard to find a better spring than a blue stripe 918 for 95% of all applications.
