Default Should I raise the rev limiter

I have the magic stick 3 dual vavle springs tit. retainers and hardend push rods. Just Wondering if i should raise the limiter or not. Thanks

absolutely.

that cam should peak at 6500 if not higher.

Pretty much any N/A cam that's popular on this forum raises the redline if you want optimum power. If you don't you might slow the car down.

Yes, raise the rev limiter a little bit. Don't go too crazy though. I'm raising my stock rev from 6200 rpm to 6500 rpm when I install my TSP Torquer V. 2.

Are you tuning it?..

I might suggest letting someone else tune it, just to optimize your setup. No offense to you or anything.

They'll know where to set the rev limiter. That cam thrives in the higher rpms, ie Datzneat.

Like the others said you will def need to raise it to realize the potential of that cam.

raise your rev limmit to 6700 and shift points to 6500...

otherwise you wont get full pontential of your cam!

damn i'm glad i went with the cam i did years ago....peaking at 6300rpm is nice.

no need to rev the **** out of it...

Yeah I am having it tuned at a shop. I was just wondering. I figured he would have to raise it. I cant wait to get it back. Just took it there last night. Im hoping for 400 hp
