Are there any differences between 1998 and 2001 as far as the actual throttle blade? Reason I ask is I might purchase a throttle body that does not have a throttle blade in it and it's from a 1998 ls1. Would I be able to transfer my blade over from my 2001 ls1? Thanks!

The blade should be the same. You will also have to transfer the throttle shaft. The 98 has a smaller side plate than the 01.

 

blades are the same. TB cam will be different. can either swap TB cam or TB cable
