Different kind of noise...not a tick

Different kind of noise...not a tick Put on a FAST 90/90 and immediately I started to hear an odd sound coming from the rear of the engine.
It has a sound that it like metal to metal contact, but instead of harsh its more of a "gargle". When I hear it it makes me think of the sound of metal closing...like how I would expect it to sound when a valve closes against a head.
I don't know if its just normal sounds echoing through the new larger intake for some reason, or if there's something mechanical I should look for. Car runs great...or at least as good as it ever has.
If it's nice this week I'm going to pull the valve covers and check things out, just looking for some ideas.

also aside from the gargling sound there is another one that sound almost like a grinding gear except it sounds like it's coming from the top end too, it increases speed with engine rpm but it's not terribly loud
