Default 2001 need rockers in cam swap??

Hi I'm getting all my parts together for May when my warranty runs out for my cam swap...

So far:

Jet hot long tubes
TSP lid
230\228 112LS cam
Combination motorsports springs and titanium retainers

Getting:

ASP pulley, 30# SVO's, timing chain (any suggestions), maybe a New oil pump.

One EXPENSIVE peice I'm worried about is the rockers I know some have had problems with the stock ones falling apart and needles getting into the engine. Is this a problem on ALL LS1's or just the early ones? Is it a good idea to get a set of aftermarket rockers for the cam swap?? The damn things are expensive I could buy a nitrous kit for the same price!!!

Thanks!

Bobby

If you are on a budget you don't need em. You also are wasting money on the injectors with that setup unless you have a dry kit on there.

Only reason I was going with the injectors is because the shop Force fed performance tuning suggested I get those????? I would be going with a wet kit after I get a rear end so injectors shouldn't matter there...

I'll pass on the rockers then for now and maybe get them on there next spring change!

Thanks for the response!
