I am going to change out my lifters soon and was
wondering if I need to take all the accessories off
to get the heads off or just the powersteering pump.

Also do they just pull out or do I need to do
something else to get them out?

Remove the PS pump and the EGR (if you still have it). Waterpump, alternator,etc. can stay on.
