Default gremlins in my engine!!! HELP!!!

ok im pissed. i blew my mc cloud clutch a month ago. a dowel pn fell outta my tranny, ripped off one of the pucks and wedged it between the flywheel and block, then ripped off one of the ears on my block. so i ordered a spec stage 3 and it was running good for the first day, low RPM's. but the second day, i layed into it for a good couple of seconds, and it started clanking really bad at high rpm's and starts clanking at 2500rpm when the car is warm. when the car is cold, there is no saounds at all. its a very very noticable clank. i have a cutout and headers, so the car is loud anyways and i can still hear it. i have a 227/227 cam, and new springs and manley pushrods. what could be the problem???? piston slap?? rod knock? any help would be much appreciated.
