LQ4 (dished piston) was about 9.5:1 SCR.

LQ4/LQ9 = Iron Blocks

All three are 6.0L, and the LQ9 is an iron version of the LS2 but with 317 heads, versus the LS2 and the 243 heads.
I just got my 6.0L (LQ4?) and it has 317 heads. Did all the 6.0s have the 317 heads?
Thanks

I think some of the early LQ4s had the iron version of the 317 instead of the aluminum one, but that was only for a year or so (someone correct me). But yes, 317s are the same on both LQ4 and LQ9, except the 6.0 liter LS2, which someone in the thread earlier said it had 243s.

According to my book the LQ4 has 9.4:1 and the LQ9 has 10.0:1
The iron heads were 1999 and 2000 i do believe.
