yah just got a email back from ARP they're 3/8" so that was my bad....

I was right wasn't I? I've been working on cars long enough to know that it was either a really shitty socket which he confirmed it wasn't. Or he used a socket that was a little bit too big. A 3/8" socket is only slightly smaller than a 10mm.

WRONG! When you make the bolt, you can make it have any head you want.
