T&D rockers with non solid roller heads?
I purchased a set of T&D rockers for my motor build up that I was going to do. But alas, plans have changed and now I won't be building a motor. I will be re-doing my heads though, and would like to know if you can use the T&D rockers - instead of say yella terras. Any advantages or disadvantages?

Sure, you can use them. You'll need enlarged pushrod holes (elongated), valve cover spacers or new valve covers, and possibly different length pushrods.

jmX, thanks for the info. I allready new about the spacers (planned for with the motor anyway) and the pushrod holes (the search function is uselful sometimes), but what length pushrods? Heads will probably be unmilled 5.3 or ls6 heads with like .005 off them. Or am I going to have to get the heads and then see?

i uzs 7.25 pushrod length in order to have the T&Ds set up in the right position... but I also have milled head. so 7.3 would work with unmilled heads that is my guess
