Default Bore question

I just found out im going to have my block slightly bored to clean up some rust damage. How far over can i go in piston size while keeping the stock rod? I didn't budget pistons into this build, and am trying to find the cheapest way out of this hangup

yup, .010" is all you can go. you can get 3.903 or 3.905 replacements, just make sure you get them with the right wrist pin diameter.
