Arrow Main cap side bolts, to replace or not to replace is the question

I heard the main cap side bolts are stretch bolts and should be replaced, Is this true? are the main bolts too or can I reuse the old ones? Where should I get new side ones at? the cheaper the better, I get a nice wholesale discount at GM so oem parts could be an option....
Thanks

All of the main cap bolts (including the side bolts) are reusable and are not Torque-to-Yield bolts. The side bolts come with sealant under the heads from GM, so if you reuse them put some rtv on them or you'll have an oil leak.

The ears on the main caps that those bolts screw into are pourus as all hell and thats why those bolts WILL leak if they are not sealed. I'm pretty sure the part number for them is 12556127 I plan on replacing them as well.
