ls2 chain the same as ls1

is the ls2 timing chain the same as the ls1 and where the hell can I get one thats not on back order

Ls2 is thicker than the ls1 chain.

but still works with the stock ls1 parts??

i have a #12586482 chain, #12556582 crank gear, and forgot the # on the cam gear-pm me if interested
i think the diff bet the ls1/ls2 is the cam sen reads off the cam gear
