Default may be a dumb question

so i'm VERY far from my car right now and i'm just curious about something. i am replacing the stock rod bolts in my 155K miles 1998 Trans Am with a set of ARP Pro series rod bolts and was curious if i had to remove the transmission to get the oil pan out of the car? i plan to keep the K member in and remove the motor mounts as i am replacing them with Spohn Solids after i replace the rod bolts.
