yet...another cam selection. my ride....
datsun 280Z
2002 ls1/t56
lsd diff w/ 3.70 gears
sanderson 1.75 shorties/daul 2.5 - single 3" out exhaust
cold air intake
LS6 intake manifold
stock everything...motor wise
dynoed 321 rwhp
i'm looking to achieve at less 400rwhp with a cam swap using stock rockers/ 241 heads/stock bottom end. is this possible with a cam swap? then i'm looking to do a 150 shot wet spray on top of it too, to get in the low 500rwhps.
i don't want to worry about valve to piston clearance issues mainly....
these are some choices i found....
1. MAGIC STICK 3 237/242, 603/609
2. TR "split pattern" 230/236, 592/602 112 lsa
3. TR "T-Rex V2 242/248, 608/612 110 lsa
4. Tick performance "pollutor cam" 24x/24x, 61x/61x 112 lsa
5. Vengence VRX5 236/238, 601/605 113 LSA
6. Vengence Vindicator Cam 240/244, 605/596 112 lsa
7. Extreme Horsepower Cam 240/244, 608/612 114+2 lsa
which one of these cams is best for 400 rwhp and 150 shot nitrous.
