Default LQ4 question

what all is required to install an LQ4 into a 1998 Trans Am? i have a set of 243 heads, FAST 92/95, and 1 7/8 LTs. will my accessories and oil pan all bolt up? as well as motor mounts? anything i should know?

also need to install oil psi sensor off your 98. not the same connector. everything else bolts on, plugs up

You will need center bolt valve covers, coil mounting kit.
You'll have to swap crank pulley and drill/tap a third alternator bolt hole (LQ4 just has 2).
All else pretty much just bolts on.

the ground wire that comes off the battery and goes to the block is also in a different spot.

it seems the guy made a mistake. it's an LQ9. i am bolting 243 heads to it. the grounding strap should still be in the same place on thoise. will the oil pressure sender still need to be swapped? also will an LS6 oil pump work with it as well?

lq4 and lq9 are the exact same blocks. the ground cable coming from the battery is mounted to the block a little closer to the front.
