Default CAM and STALL???

i have a 98 firebird formula completely stock other than an slp lid and pacesetter long tubes with true dauls and flowmaster 40s. my car dynoed 345hp to the wheels. what cam and stall should i run with a stock bottom end for the best hp and tourque gains??? also what valve springs should i run???

what are your goal it is a DD is it going to be used and abused or just track only little more info

best hp and torque gains are relative to how you want the car to run... if you want a car that will barely idle but make a ton of power there are plenty of cams for that... if you want a cam to make good power and run decent there are plenty of those.. all depends on your horsepower goals and driveability needs.

im running a tr224 and an Edge 3200 converter and its a great all around combo, low, midrange and top end are all there. a 230 or higher cam with a 4000 converter would obviously be faster and less streetable. so it comes down to what kind of monster do you want to create.
