Idea's for more power
Idea's for more power sorry for the typo in the title
So I just purchased another 99 Hugger my first one I sold and later regretted it given all the work I had put into it so I'm thrilled to have the orange back.
The one I just purchased has been done right it's currently making 510rwhp see engine specs below I think most of the previous owners are on this board so some might remember this car.
My question is looking at the engine as it is now does anyone see potential for more HP without starting from scratch. The car was built for nitrous and I know it would perform well but I would like to see 600+rwhp before going that route. The previous owner mentioned heads were restrictive but given the flow 337cfm's I have had trouble finding better options any ideas. So how can we get more power out of this engine open to all options. I have considered FI but I'm more interested in an all motor car and this motor may not be the best application for FI.
As far requirements this isn't a daily driver but I do want a street car.
